moment kept respects your privacy. This explains what we collect, why, and your rights over your information.
What we collect
- Contact and order details: your name, email, shipping and billing address, and phone number.
- Payment information, processed securely by Shopify Payments. We do not store your full card details.
- The photos and notes you share so we can model your piece.
- Basic technical data collected automatically by our store, such as cookies and device information, to keep the site working and improve it.
How we use it
- To model and produce your piece and fulfill your order
- To communicate with you about your order and answer your questions
- To process payment and arrange shipping
- To improve our store and service
Your photos. The photos you send are used only to model and produce your piece. We will never use them for marketing, or share them publicly, without asking your permission first. You can ask us to delete them once your order is complete.
Who we share data with. Only the partners needed to run the studio: our store platform (Shopify), our payment processor, and shipping carriers. We never sell your personal data.
Retention. We keep order information for as long as we need it to fulfill your order and meet legal and accounting requirements.
Your rights. Depending on where you live, including under GDPR for customers in the EU and UK, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or object to certain processing. To make a request, email hello@momentkept.com.
